Of all the ridiculous lawsuits!!! This man is claiming severe mental damages from finding a dead fly in an UNOPENED bottle of water. Why didn't he just call the company and complaing like the rest of us? Instead he tries to take advantage of a situation and sues, wasting a lot of people's time and money.
