GamePolitics has combed through federal court records for additional insights into Midway's recent bankruptcy. They have learned that Midway claims $167,523,000 in assets versus $281,033,000 in liabilities, owing $150M to Wells Fargo Bank alone. Canadian archer John David Burnes, participant at last summer's Beijing Olympics, was charged with child pornography offences on Thursday. Barnes, 20, was arrested as part of an Ontario-wide child pornography sweep last week that resulted in 93 charges against 31 people.
