Dwayne Austgen, 69, was inside his home when he noticed a teen in his front yard, he confronted Vidal Herrera, 17, and told him to leave. After the teen left the property, Austgen noticed Herrera had left a crack pipe. An argument started when the teen came back for the pipe, but ended when the teen was shot with a .22-caliber rifle in the stomach.
